Handily install control cabinets, windows, doors, central heating boilers, compressors, heat pumps, large touch screens, white goods and other heavy machinery all by yourself? For that there is now the lifting mobile from Tiller®. This avoids having to bring a second technician to the job. As a result, an entrepreneur can do more work with the same number of people.

One example is RATIONAL Netherlands, supplier of equipment for the professional kitchen. They have been working with a lifting mobile from Tiller® since 2016. John Nijkamp, operations manager: "Efficiency is a high priority for us. Previously, our combi and iCombi® combi steamers were installed by two mechanics with the necessary lifting. Sometimes the customer even had to help. Our steamers weigh between 100 and 160 kilograms."

"Tiller developed a special fork for us so that we can place the machines directly from the pallet onto a base or worktop. The lifting mobile has large wheels, which is an advantage on tile floors in the professional kitchen. Det saves half an hour to three quarters of an hour per placement. Each technician has their own van with tailgate and Tiller® liftmobile. For anyone who has to (re)install large items such as washing machines, refrigerators, as well as furniture, the Tiller® lifting mobile is highly recommended."

Balance artist

The lifting mobile is a true balancing artist on two wheels due to its ingenious patented drive system. If you want to mount an attribute above other items such as radiators aggregates or pipes on the wall, this can easily be done because there are no support feet. In very small spaces, where there is hardly room for one person, you can then still get the job done with this super compact device.

Finished the job? Then the lifting mobile lifts itself into the work bus. In all situations, there is little or no strain on the technician's back or body. This ensures less downtime, but also helps reduce staff shortages.

The delivery program includes models for 75, 120 or 160 kg. Many attachments are available.

You can find Tiller b.v. in hall 9, booth A025.
