In the spring of 2025, a new biennial trade event for the European facade industry will take place at Royal Jaarbeurs: Future Facade. To achieve a circular facade industry, international knowledge sharing and cooperation is necessary. For Jaarbeurs the reason, in addition to its trade fairs BouwBeurs, VSK and DigiBouw, to introduce this new event in cooperation with the European Facade Network, TU Delft and TU Darmstadt.
Future Facade aims to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. Themes such as digitalization, industrialization and circularity are central. Simultaneously with Future Facade, TU Delft, TU Darmstadt and the European Facade Network are organizing an international conference on the topic of circularity in the facade industry. Future Facade will take place on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 May 2025 at Royal Jaarbeurs.
International knowledge sharing and cooperation necessary
Future Facade is an international trade event with a wide range of keynote sessions and workshops in which experts share knowledge about the latest developments in the building envelope. Target audience: architects, consultants, clients, builders and anyone with an interest in the facade industry. The event offers a wide and high-quality range of products, materials and systems, showcases innovations and experiments, bridges the gap between knowledge and practice and has an eye for the social context.

International conference
Simultaneously with Future Facade, TU Delft,TU Darmstadt and European Facade Network are organizing an international conference on the topic of circularity in the facade industry. During this conference, leading speakers will take visitors through the latest developments within circular facades.

Jaarbeurs and the construction & installation industry
Jaarbeurs is the hub of the Construction & Installation sector and has been organizing the largest trade fairs BouwBeurs and VSK for many years. In 2024, Jaarbeurs introduced DigiBouw. Every year, Jaarbeurs hosts many guest events for this sector. In 2023 Jaarbeurs launched the online platform the Construction and Installation Hub; the content platform for the construction and installation sector with the aim of strengthening cooperation within the construction and installation sector, sharing knowledge and accelerating sustainable growth.
