At VSK 2024, ClimaRad BV will present its decentralized climate solutions for existing housing and healthcare properties, among others. The products, including the recently launched ClimaRad Vita H1C-S, in combination with LT heating and/or cooling, are not only energy-saving and widely applicable. They also offer end users the necessary benefits with a view to the future.
In the Netherlands, bedrooms are hardly ever heated. The only room in the house where the heating is often on is the living room. When you start ventilating there, you have to make sure that the heat from the ventilation air is reused and then returned to the room. ''And the Vita does just that, through compartmentalization. It is an affordable, sustainable solution. The principle of "warm living, fresh sleeping" has already been successfully applied in many market concepts," says Ralph Liedenbaum, commercial director.
Says Liedenbaum, "We would be happy to update you on the latest developments in ventilation and climate, in addition to working out a savings check using our TCO tool." Among other things, this tool gives housing associations instant insight into the savings that can be realized for their housing stock through renovations with the ClimaRad Vita. These are savings that can be substantial; for example, it is possible to reduce heating costs by up to 40 percent with the decentralized climate unit.
