Bag filters are the most commonly used air filters in air handling units. They need to be replaced the moment they are saturated and are a large part of the waste at installers and end users.
To reduce this mountain of waste, Interfilter, together with Deltrian, has added a new, sustainable and Eurovent-certified bag filter to its product range: the Lean Filter with Circular Frame. "With this bag filter we take another step towards a circular economy." said Nick van Sliedregt, Managing Director.
With LFC bag filters, filter frames no longer end up in landfills along with the filter media but are reused during filter maintenance. The separately ordered filter media is easily replaceable and a 10-year warranty is provided on the frames under regular use. Engineers need to carry and move less volume and weight on project sites thanks to this concept.
