The new heat pump boiler Compress 5000 DW from Nefit Bosch is a widely applicable solution for making domestic hot water supplies more sustainable. Compared to "ordinary" boilers, it saves up to 70% energy. Optionally, it can use ventilation air or outside air as a source of hot water supply.

The Bosch Compress 5000 DW is available in two wall-mountable sizes of 100 and 150 liters. The lack of an outdoor unit allows this heat pump boiler to be used in all-electric new construction, but it can also be easily connected to existing heating systems. The modular design is easy to install. There are several connection options, where supply and/or return can be connected to an existing ventilation duct. The boiler can be installed in a wet room without any problems.

Plenty of hot water

Depending on the type, the Compress 5000 DW delivers up to 180 liters of hot water at 40°C. The integrated 1.5 kW electric heating element ensures that plenty of hot water is available even in freezing weather. The heat pump provides a water temperature of up to 55°C, which can be increased to 70°C by the electric element. The booster function provides plenty of hot water in a short time.

Enameled steel

The Compress 5000 DW has energy label A+ and a COP of up to 3.9. The refrigerant is R513A, which is considered a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. The boiler itself is made of enameled steel, which means it is well protected against corrosion. In addition, the thermal properties of the material improve to enhance energy efficiency. A magnesium anode provides additional corrosion protection.

The Compress 5000 DW can be operated via an illuminated display with adjustable time programs.
